At Redline Wood Works, we welcome custom design requests and can bring your ideas to life.

To ensure we understand your requirements correctly, clients are requested to provide all relevant measurements, specifications, requirements, sample images, sketches, drawings, or reference designs when submitting a custom-design enquiry.

A once-off design fee will apply to custom designs. This covers the time required to develop and prepare the design according to the information and specifications provided by the client.

Once we have received all the necessary information, we will review the requirements and prepare a quotation for approval. Production will only commence once the quotation and design have been approved by the client and we have received the required deposit.

Please note that any changes or alterations requested after the design has been completed may result in additional design costs and/or an amended quotation.
